Job Requirements and Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and promptly relay and address customer feedback.
2. Assist sales personnel in following up on sales orders and calculating performance commissions.
3. Complete the collection, entry, statistical analysis, and reporting of various sales information.
4. Complete the administrative tasks of this department and provide logistical support for its staff.
5. Responsible for the receipt and dispatch of documents within the department, as well as the archival management of departmental materials.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Qualifications:
1. Preference will be given to candidates with a college degree or above in marketing-related majors.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
3. Possess basic knowledge of sales and finance;
4. Possess a certain level of English communication skills;
5. Possess strong communication and coordination skills;
6. Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
7. Diligent and passionate in work.
