Equipment Research and Development

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine the management system, administrative regulations, work instruction procedures, operational forms, and relevant management guidelines within the scope of departmental responsibilities, in accordance with national laws, regulations, industry standards, and other applicable requirements. After thorough discussions with relevant departments, obtain approval, and subsequently organize training sessions to ensure effective implementation of these systems and procedures.
2. Collect industry R&D information, track the latest R&D development trends, assist the R&D Department Manager in formulating the company's product R&D plan, stay informed about industry developments, and accumulate valuable R&D resources.
3. Conduct project initiation, research, and feasibility analysis for new technologies, processes, and products; prepare and arrange experimental plans for new products, materials, and processes in the chemical industry, and oversee their implementation; effectively manage R&D progress, regularly report R&D progress and outcomes to the Director, and compile comprehensive reports.
4. Responsible for providing magnification experimental technical parameters, conducting preliminary design, and guiding the preparation of pilot-scale and large-scale workshop facilities, as well as equipment installation and commissioning.
5. Technical tasks during the process startup, including drafting project research reports, preparing evaluation and review materials for new products, processes, and materials, and organizing patent application documents.
6. Develop standards for new materials and processes, monitor and measure all relevant details, oversee the introduction of new products, materials, and processes into the production workflow, and prepare analytical reports to drive continuous improvement efforts.
7. Participate in investigations of significant production technical issues or major production accidents, and prepare analytical reports. Assist the Process Technology Department in conducting thorough analyses of process abnormalities and implementing process improvement measures.
8. Regularly write academic papers and participate in industry academic exchanges.
9. Propose contingency plans for experimental equipment and materials, assist the R&D supervisor in formulating the R&D budget, and manage the procurement applications for experimental equipment and materials.
10. Develop training materials and organize training activities to enhance the academic competence of R&D personnel.
11. Conduct supervision, inspection, assessment, and analysis of the implementation of system documents related to equipment maintenance material management, identify reasons for any gaps and assign responsibilities, promptly propose improvement measures, monitor the progress of improvements, and organize corrective actions.
12. Organize the review and modification of relevant technical and procedural documents within the scope of responsibilities of the Equipment and Energy Department, both internally and externally, to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
13. Timely and accurately complete relevant reports and data statistics, organize trend analyses, and utilize the results for performance adjustments.
14. Prepare the relevant budgets and performance plans for the Equipment and Energy Department promptly in accordance with financial and performance management requirements, and participate regularly in audits.
15. Collaborate with the process and technical departments to resolve technical challenges in production, and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Chemical Engineering and Related Majors
3. More than 5 years of hands-on experience in R&D related to the chemical industry
4. Engineer qualification certificates are preferred.
5. Proficient in using office productivity software
6. Good physical health, under 45 years old

Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
