Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for application research and experimentation of rubber products.
2. Responsible for the collection, analysis, and processing of product information.
3. Responsible for technical services related to rubber products.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in polymer materials, chemical engineering technology, daily chemical products, fine chemicals, applied chemistry, or related fields.
2. More than 1 year of experience in rubber production or technical roles.
3. Familiar with rubber processing techniques, processing machinery, and rubber formulations; proficient in operating processing equipment such as open mills, internal mixers, and vulcanizing machines.
4. Possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a certain ability to solve problems, as well as innovative thinking and expertise in experimental design.
5. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to endure hardships with resilience, and is committed to long-term development in the rubber industry.
Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
