According to the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" dated December 29, 2018, as well as the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" effective January 1, 2019, and other relevant regulations, we hereby announce the first public disclosure regarding the environmental impact assessment for the "Project for Renovating a Production Line to Manufacture 12 Million Butyl Inner Tubes and 9 Million Inner Tube Cushion Strips Annually." The Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the technical renovation and expansion project of a production line capable of manufacturing 6 million butyl inner tubes, 12 million inner tube cushion tapes, and 30 million cold patching pads has been completed. In accordance with the "Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China), the full text of the report along with the public participation explanation must be made publicly available prior to submission for approval.
