According to the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" dated December 29, 2018, as well as the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" effective January 1, 2019, and other relevant regulations, we hereby announce the first public disclosure regarding the environmental impact assessment of the "Project for Renovating a Production Line to Manufacture 12 Million Butyl Inner Tubes and 9 Million Inner Tube Cushion Strips Annually." The details of the disclosure are as follows:

Project Name: Reconstruction Project for a Production Line Capable of Manufacturing 12 Million Butyl Inner Tubes and 9 Million Inner Tube Cushion Strips Annually
Project Site Selection: The project is located within the premises of Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. Plant No. 3, situated in the eastern industrial cluster tire industry park of Chaoyang Beipiao Economic Development Zone.
Basic information on construction content: The total investment of this project is RMB 46.0837 million. It will utilize the existing buildings at the Third Factory, occupying a building area of 26,197.85 square meters. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 12 million butyl inner tubes and 9 million inner tube cushion tapes.
