The draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Project on Renovation of Production Lines Capable of Manufacturing 12 Million Butyl Inner Tubes and 9 Million Inner Tube Cushion Strips Annually has been completed. In accordance with the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China), the full text of the report along with the public participation explanation shall be made publicly available prior to submission for approval.
1. Project Name: Reconstruction Project for a Production Line Capable of Manufacturing 12 Million Butyl Inner Tubes and 9 Million Inner Tube Cushion Strips Annually
2. Construction Address: Eastern Industry Cluster Tire Industrial Park, Beipiao Economic Development Zone, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province
3. Project Scale: This project will utilize the existing production workshops within the plant area, dismantling the original cold patching adhesive mat production equipment as well as part of the inner tube pad and belt production facilities. Leveraging the current auxiliary production and utility systems, the project will establish two small-sized butyl inner tube production lines, one large-sized butyl inner tube production line, and one inner tube pad and belt production line. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 12 million butyl inner tubes and 9 million inner tube pads/belts.
