　　Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tires: Innovative Measures for Poverty Alleviation and Assistance

　　Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested enterprise introduced under the leadership of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. The company has a daily production capacity of 55,000 butyl inner tubes and cushion tapes, generating annual sales revenue exceeding 100 million yuan. Since the beginning of this year, the company has helped create more than 800 jobs in our city. Adhering to the principles of "service, coordination, and practicality," it has also undertaken paired assistance programs for three impoverished villages in our city, actively contributing to both economic and social benefits.
　　First, it focuses on poverty alleviation and assistance through organized leadership. Earlier this year, the company established a robust poverty relief task force to conduct multiple rounds of thorough investigations into three designated support units: Xiachangzi Village in Halnao Township, Sanjiazi Village in Sanbao Township, and Huangtukan Village in Daban Town. These efforts aimed at gaining a clear understanding of the basic conditions of each village's impoverished households, enabling the company to implement targeted and effective assistance programs.

　　Second, we visited impoverished households to offer comfort and mutual assistance in daily life. Based on the specific conditions of Sanjiazi Village, we selected 107 impoverished and low-income households and delivered essential living supplies such as rice and cooking oil, totaling nearly RMB 17,000 in value. Similarly, in Xia Zhangzi Village, we identified more than 50 impoverished and low-income households and provided them with essential items like rice, flour, and cooking oil, worth nearly RMB 20,000. These material support measures were designed to alleviate their immediate living challenges effectively.

　　Third, we have formulated a plan to provide spiritual comfort. Building on our material assistance efforts, the company places greater emphasis on meeting the villagers' spiritual and cultural needs. Specifically, addressing the slow progress in constructing cultural facilities in Huangtukan Village, Daban Town, we have developed a targeted poverty alleviation plan. The village's standardized cultural activity venue requires the installation of a mobile stage. To address this need, the company has proactively reached out to the poverty alleviation department. After discussions with company leadership, we anticipate investing 30,000 yuan to build the mobile stage for the village, which is expected to be completed soon.
