The company places great importance on corporate culture development. Over the past several years, it has consistently adhered to Deng Xiaoping Theory as its guiding principle, embracing Comrade Jiang Zemin’s vision of "arming people with scientific theories, guiding them with correct public opinion, inspiring them through outstanding works, and shaping them with noble values." Additionally, the company aligns itself with President Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, using these principles as the cornerstone for advancing social and cultural initiatives.
Committed to cultivating a workforce that embodies the "Four Goods," the company diligently implements the Party and the state’s policies and strategies across all areas of operation. With the goal of fostering a vibrant and dynamic corporate culture, we actively organize healthy, enriching, and culturally uplifting activities that are both sophisticated and engaging. These efforts not only promote the core enterprise spirit but also encourage active participation in broader cultural events.
Through large-scale cultural programs held internally within the company, we have successfully cultivated a positive corporate image, strengthening the organization’s sense of unity and collective purpose.
I. Leadership Emphasis, Unified Thinking, and Focus on Cultural Infrastructure Development
Corporate culture work, as an integral part of spiritual culture, plays a unique role in cultivating employees into socialist citizens who are "idealistic, moral, cultured, and disciplined." In this regard, Party, government, and trade union leaders have reached a consensus, consciously incorporating corporate culture development into their key agendas. They view corporate culture building as a vital component of socialist spiritual civilization, essential for shaping the overall corporate image and enhancing organizational cohesion and unity. Furthermore, they actively support social cultural activities and show genuine concern for employees' cultural lives, ensuring that funding is allocated, activities are planned, and facilities are adequately provided. This approach truly enables the simultaneous advancement of material and spiritual cultural initiatives.
In recent years, substantial investments have been made to establish facilities such as a club spanning over 1,000 square meters, multimedia classrooms, a library housing more than 3,000 books and over 120 types of magazines, as well as dedicated spaces for table tennis and various board games. Additionally, a closed-circuit television system has been installed, along with encrypted satellite reception channels. Basketball courts and soccer fields have also been constructed, significantly enriching employees' leisure and cultural lives and laying a solid foundation for fostering vibrant workplace cultural activities.
II. Strengthen Ideological and Political Education for Employees; Vigorously Promote the Corporate Spirit
To strengthen ideological and political education among employees, we have established a comprehensive, multi-level online platform as the foundation for widely conducting various forms of educational activities, achieving significant results. We have earnestly organized a writing contest titled "Love China, Love the Enterprise, Love Your Position, and Make Contributions" among employees, receiving 56 submissions. Outstanding entries have been actively recommended to major newspapers. Additionally, we have employed speeches as an effective tool to promote dedication and professionalism, starting from team-level units and organizing lively speech competitions that have been enthusiastically attended by grassroots organizations, thereby broadening the reach of our educational initiatives.
We also selected top performers to participate in the company's "Love Your Position, Compete in Dedication" speech contest and the team-building essay competition, where they secured impressive first-, second-, and third-place awards. Notably, two employees were subsequently invited to compete in provincial rubber association and provincial trade union speech contests, earning second- and third-place honors respectively.
As we stand at a historic turning point marked by the "Second Entrepreneurial Initiative," the trade union promptly launched a poetry-writing campaign aimed at inspiring employees with powerful verses that uplift spirits and fuel their determination to embrace this new era of innovation. The initiative received 96 poetic submissions, leading to the creation of a dedicated "Second Entrepreneurial Initiative" poetry section, which has garnered widespread acclaim across various sectors.
Meanwhile, we have leveraged diverse communication channels to highlight the exemplary achievements of outstanding role models, using the spirit of our enterprise to unite and motivate employees, sparking a vibrant wave of emulation—encouraging everyone to learn from, catch up with, and contribute to the collective success of the organization. To further engage employees, we distributed the "Employee Learning Q&A" handbook, igniting a nationwide enthusiasm for studying Deng Xiaoping Theory. Building on this momentum, we held a knowledge competition centered around Deng Xiaoping's theories, expanding the scope of our educational efforts even further.
Over the past few years, we have consistently utilized broadcasting, television, and promotional display boards as key media platforms to vigorously disseminate the Party's guiding principles and policies, showcase the latest developments in reform and opening-up, and communicate the central priorities set forth by the Party Committee. This approach has encouraged employees to stay informed about national affairs while motivating them to actively engage in political, cultural, and technical learning, striving to become model workers who embody both professional excellence and civic responsibility.
During the "May Day" period, we organized a captivating blackboard art competition themed "Wholeheartedly Relying on the Working Class," which earned first- and second-place awards in city-wide and company-level competitions. This year, we have extensively promoted a writing contest and poetry recitation event under the theme "Ode to the Motherland."
To seamlessly integrate ideological and political education with fostering a strong sense of ownership among employees, we have actively involved them in corporate governance processes, encouraging participation in initiatives such as rationalization proposals, the "Double Increase, Double Savings" campaign, and programs like "Position Training for Skill Development." These efforts are designed to enhance employees' sense of ownership, enabling them to fully leverage their roles as the workforce's backbone. Guided by the overarching theme of "Serving as the Enterprise's Director and Striving for Glory," we have integrated ideological and political work into every aspect of production and management, creating a positive environment characterized by democracy, harmony, unity, and shared ambition.
III. Promote Corporate Culture Development Through Activities
To effectively carry out corporate culture initiatives by leveraging diverse and engaging cultural activities that combine education with entertainment, thereby promoting the coordinated development of the enterprise's "two civilizations," is the primary focus of these cultural events. In terms of implementing corporate culture work, several key characteristics stand out:
1. Networking of organizational activities
2. Diverse event formats and distinctive festival activities.
3. Regularization of base activities. Relying on our bases, we will vigorously carry out a wide range of vibrant cultural and sports activities.
4. Strengthen team building and talent development.
5. The community boasts a vibrant and diverse range of cultural activities.
IV. Actively participate in social and cultural activities to establish a positive corporate image.
