II. The Aims and Responsibilities of the Trade Union
A mature and successful enterprise must involve and supervise trade unions to safeguard employees' legitimate rights and interests, understand and address the demands and concerns of the workforce, promptly report these issues to the company, and effectively resolve any problems encountered. It is essential to hold enterprises accountable for addressing actions that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of workers and trade unions. At the same time, trade unions should help resolve various labor disputes, educate and guide employees to consciously comply with the company's rules and regulations, strive to fulfill production and work tasks, and continuously enhance the enterprise's economic efficiency. By doing so, trade unions can contribute positively to the growth, development, and increasing institutionalization of the enterprise, fostering a healthy and constructive organizational culture.
Union Responsibilities:
1. Trade unions must abide by and uphold the Constitution, taking it as the fundamental guiding principle for their activities. They should focus on economic development, firmly uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and independently carry out their work in accordance with the Trade Union Law and the trade union charter.

The trade union is a mass organization of the working class formed voluntarily by employees.
