　　After 15 years of gradual accumulation and seven months of transformative construction, the second-phase project at Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. has been meticulously prepared and is now poised for success. What began as a small-scale street-level rubber factory in 2013 has undergone a remarkable evolution, achieving a stunning transformation this year.
　　In 1998, the original Beipiao Dongfang Tire Co., Ltd., riding on the momentum of China's reform and opening-up policy, successfully underwent restructuring. At that time, the company's total assets amounted to only 5.5 million yuan. The former factory premises were located on the western section of Zhenxing Street in Beipiao City, featuring several rows of low, dilapidated single-story buildings as its production workshops—equipment dating back to the previous century, classified as second-tier machinery. Not only was the production capacity outdated, but the efficiency was also significantly low. Moreover, the machines operated with considerable noise, while ventilation within the workshops remained poor, leading to a pungent rubber odor permeating the air. Workers, wearing masks, diligently labored along the production lines...

　　Breaking Free to Become a Butterfly

　　Today, Huaxing Wanda Tire, after 15 years of unwavering dedication, has undergone a transformative rebirth with a completely refreshed and revitalized image.
　　On September 21, in the production workshop, Yu Zhaojun, Chairman of the company, introduced that Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. has an initial registered capital of 10 million yuan for its first-phase project, with a total investment reaching 200 million yuan. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Beitiao Light Textile Industrial Park was held on April 20 last year, officially kicking off the intensive construction phase. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of all builders, four new production lines have been successfully established, capable of producing 9 million butyl inner tubes annually. Remarkably, this impressive achievement was accomplished within just seven months from the start of construction. Additionally, the company has installed 500 sets of domestically advanced butyl tire production equipment—triple the capacity compared to the previous 200-plus sets.
　　"The new equipment features advanced technology, energy efficiency, and environmental protection, making it easier and less labor-intensive for workers to operate. It can save the company 2 million yuan in electricity costs annually." Twenty technical experts are dedicated to quality control across all production stages, ensuring that Huaxing Wanda tires maintain strong competitiveness in the domestic market.
　　Stepping into the factory grounds, which span over 100 mu, it is no exaggeration to describe it as a garden-style facility. Here you'll find neatly maintained office buildings and staff dormitories, along with ten state-of-the-art steel-structure production workshops, each spanning up to 40 meters in width. Throughout the premises, corporate culture and development philosophies are thoughtfully integrated into every corner. The production areas themselves are meticulously organized, with each process carried out in perfect order—while workers remain diligently engaged, executing their tasks with precision and efficiency.
　　In the workshop, 200,000 customized butyl inner tubes—produced and packaged simultaneously according to export standards—are currently being manufactured. They are expected to be shipped to South Africa by mid-October, marking a strong start for Huaxing Wanda Tire in achieving its first successful foreign trade export.
　　Accumulate Potential
　　Market determines success or failure. The butyl inner tubes produced by Huaxing Wanda are primarily used in inner tubes for various heavy-duty vehicles, both domestically and internationally, and hold a significant share of the domestic market.
　　After 16 years of operational development, the company's production processes and management practices have now been certified under the ISO9000 quality system. Moreover, the intrinsic quality of our products ranks among the top three in the domestic industry.
　　According to the company's technical department, Huaxing Wanda's butyl inner tube technology currently ranks among the most advanced both domestically and internationally. 　　After years of meticulous cultivation, Huaxing Wanda currently operates three primary sales channels for its products.
