To further expand production capacity and capture market share, Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire plans to actively develop an automotive and motorcycle parts (tire) industrial park centered around tire-related projects and their upstream and downstream supporting industries. The company intends to invest 700 million yuan to construct 80,000 square meters of factory space, introducing a new production line capable of manufacturing 40,000 motorcycle inner and outer tires daily, as well as upgrading to a new annual output capacity of 500,000 tires. Additionally, the project will include the establishment of a dedicated rubber R&D center and a comprehensive logistics hub. Production is expected to commence by the end of 2018, with operations fully operational shortly thereafter. Once operational, the facility is projected to generate an annual output value of 1.61 billion yuan and create 1,850 employment opportunities.

According to the company's head, the enterprise aims to establish itself as China's leading rubber inner-tube industry base within two to three years, while simultaneously developing the park into Northeast China's largest automotive and motorcycle parts industrial park.
In recent years, Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire has leveraged the momentum of the Belt and Road Initiative to vigorously expand both domestic and international markets. Currently, the company enjoys robust production and sales performance, becoming the largest inner-tube manufacturer in China in terms of daily output, with products consistently in high demand.
It is understood that the company was established in 2013 with a total investment of 500 million yuan. Its annual output value has reached 1 billion yuan, generating tax revenues of 30 million yuan and providing employment opportunities for 2,500 people. The company has distribution centers across 30 provinces and cities in China, and its products are also exported to 16 countries and regions, including Russia, India, Pakistan, and various parts of Africa.
