On March 15, 2018, a report from Chaoyang Daily stated: Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. has become the largest domestic producer of inner tubes in China.

Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd., located in the Beitiao Economic Development Zone, has significantly expanded both domestic and international markets in recent years, benefiting greatly from China's Belt and Road Initiative. As a result, the company has achieved robust production and sales growth, becoming the largest inner-tube manufacturer in China in terms of daily output. Its products are now exported to 16 countries and regions, including Russia, India, and Pakistan, and currently face strong demand, with supply falling short of market needs.

During an on-site interview at the enterprise, the reporter was drawn to the neatly arranged fleet of sedans flanking the entrance to the factory grounds. Sun Hong, the company's office director, explained that these vehicles—totaling over 400 in number—belong exclusively to the employees themselves. "As our company continues to expand its production scale, employee incomes have steadily risen year after year," she noted. "Currently, frontline workers earn an average salary exceeding 2,800 yuan, with some earning as much as 5,000-plus yuan. Meanwhile, management-level staff already enjoy salaries surpassing 10,000 yuan. With rising incomes, it's no surprise that more and more employees are now able to afford personal vehicles."

It is understood that the company was established in 2013 with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise primarily engaged in the production of inner tubes. To further expand its production capacity and capture a larger share of the market, the company acquired four enterprises located near its existing park in 2017. Focused on developing a comprehensive automotive and motorcycle parts (tire) industrial park centered around tire manufacturing and its upstream and downstream supporting industries, the company plans to invest 700 million yuan in constructing an 80,000-square-meter factory facility. Additionally, it will introduce a new 70-ton heating boiler system and establish several advanced production lines, including one capable of producing 40,000 motorcycle inner and outer tubes daily, another dedicated to manufacturing 500,000 tires annually, as well as a 350,000-ton-per-year rubber powder production line and a daily output capacity of 50,000 cardboard boxes. The project also includes the construction of a new Rubber Research and Development Center, a Logistics Center, and a guesthouse along with other essential living facilities. Once fully operational by the end of 2018, the park is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.61 billion yuan and provide employment opportunities for 1,850 people.
The company's head stated that the enterprise will also conduct investigations and studies on projects including cold-patch retreading expansion, solid tire production, industrial conveyor belt manufacturing, and automotive steel plate screws. The goal is to leverage 2 to 3 years to establish the company as China's leading rubber industry base and transform the park into Northeast China's largest tire industry cluster.
