In recent years, Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire has leveraged the momentum of the "Belt and Road" initiative to vigorously expand both domestic and international markets. Currently, the company enjoys robust production and sales performance, becoming the largest inner-tube manufacturer in China in terms of daily output, with products in high demand and unable to meet customer needs.
It is understood that the company was established in 2013 with a total investment of 500 million yuan. Its annual output value has reached 1 billion yuan, generating profits and taxes amounting to 30 million yuan, while also providing employment opportunities for 2,500 people. The company has distribution centers across 30 provinces and cities in China, and its products are exported to 16 countries and regions, including Russia, India, Pakistan, and various parts of Africa.
To further expand production capacity and capture market share, the company plans to actively develop an automotive and motorcycle parts (tire) industrial park centered around tire projects and their upstream and downstream supporting industry chains. The project is slated to require an investment of 700 million yuan, including the construction of 80,000 square meters of factory space, the installation of a new 70-ton heating boiler, the introduction of a new production line capable of manufacturing 40,000 motorcycle inner and outer tires daily, the establishment of a new tire production line with an annual output of 500,000 tires, the launch of a 350,000-ton-per-year rubber powder production line, and the addition of a daily-capacity paper box production line producing 50,000 units. Additionally, the company will build new facilities such as a rubber R&D center, a logistics hub, and a guesthouse to provide comprehensive living amenities.
The project is expected to begin operations by the end of 2018, achieving an annual output value of 1.61 billion yuan upon full operation and creating employment opportunities for 1,850 people.
According to the company's head, the enterprise will also conduct investigations and studies on projects such as the cold patch renovation and expansion project, solid tire project, industrial conveyor belt project, and automotive steel plate screws. The company aims to establish itself as China's leading rubber industry base within two to three years, while simultaneously developing the park into Northeast China's largest tire industry cluster.
