Huaxing Wanda Tires Reveals 2018 Plans

Recently, Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd., located in the Beipiao Economic Development Zone of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, disclosed its operational status.
It is reported that the company's frontline workers currently earn an average monthly salary of over 2,800 yuan, with some earning as high as more than 5,000 yuan. Meanwhile, management personnel already receive monthly salaries exceeding 10,000 yuan.
Relevant officials stated that Huaxing Wanda Tire has become the largest inner-tube manufacturer in China, with an annual output value reaching 1 billion yuan.
Currently, the company has established distribution offices in 30 provinces and municipalities across China, with its products exported to 16 countries and regions, including Russia, India, Pakistan, and various nations in Africa.
To further expand production capacity and capture a larger share of the market, Huaxing Wanda Tire acquired four enterprises located around the industrial parks in 2017.
Meanwhile, they are making every effort to build a comprehensive automotive and motorcycle parts (tire) industrial park, centered around tire projects and their upstream and downstream supporting industries.
According to the plan, the total investment will be 700 million yuan, with the construction of an 80,000-square-meter factory building and the installation of a new 70-ton heating boiler.
The newly launched production lines include four facilities: a motorcycle inner and outer tire production line with a daily capacity of 40,000 units, a tire production line capable of producing 500,000 tires annually, a rubber powder production line with an annual output of 350,000 tons, and a cardboard box production line with a daily capacity of 50,000 boxes.
In addition, Huaxing Wanda Tire also plans to build new supporting facilities, including a rubber R&D center, a logistics center, and a guesthouse.
By the end of 2018, the new production line will be put into operation.
The company's head stated: "We aim to establish Huaxing Wanda Tire as China's leading rubber industry base and build the largest tire industrial park in Northeast China within two to three years."
