Recently, the 1.5 million agricultural radial tyre production and construction project of Chaoyang Huajun Rubber Co., Ltd. is being publicized by the environmental impact assessment for public evaluation.
The total investment of the project is 211 million yuan, and the environmental protection investment is 1.553 million yuan, accounting for 0.74% of the total investment.
The project is constructed in the acquisition plant area covering an area of about 87 mu. New rubber refining, tyre production lines, vulcanization workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, etc., the original office buildings are renovated, and the original old workshops are renovated as R&D and testing rooms.
The project will purchase and install 3 sets of refining production lines, 1 set of carbon black automatic weighing production lines, 2 sets of composite extrusion production lines, 1 set of cord cutting production lines, 9 sets of molding machines, 20 sets of vulcanizing machines, 80 sets of tyre post-inflation, etc., as well as testing More than 20 sets of equipment.
The heating and production steam required by the project are supplied by the 45t/h steam boiler of Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda tyre Co., Ltd.
The project is expected to use 34,449 tons of natural rubber, 9,872 tons of synthetic rubber, 242 tons of reclaimed rubber, and 21,007 tons of carbon black.
The construction period of the project is 12 months.
