   Since the beginning of the year, all the production lines of the company have been started, producing at full capacity and operating with high efficiency. In the workshop, machinery roared and the heat wave was rolling. In the factory area, vehicles are busy in and out. One after another butyl inner tube "goes down" the assembly line and "goes" all over the world. The company maintains a good development trend, and the production and sales are booming.

   "In the first quarter, the output of butyl inner tubes reached 3 million, and the output of cushion belts reached 2 million. It is estimated that the output value in the first quarter will reach 90 million yuan." The person in charge of Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd. said.

  The company not only achieved full production, but also formulated the work plan for the whole year in advance. The company will continue to expand its scale and production capacity while doing a good job in production and sales. It plans to build a new coke powder production workshop and a motorcycle inner tube production workshop this year, with an investment of 150 million yuan. Up to now, the land acquisition work has been completed, and it is expected to be put into trial production in August this year.

At present, the company has become the largest inner tube manufacturer in the country, with distribution offices in 30 provinces and cities in China, and its products are exported to Russia, India, Pakistan, Africa and other countries and regions. In order to further expand production capacity and seize more market share, the company acquired 4 surrounding enterprises in 2017 and made every effort to build an automobile and motorcycle tire industrial park. It plans to use three years to build it into the largest tire industrial park in Northeast China.
